8 week courses in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

iStock_000011568156XSmallThese eight week courses will focus on teaching practical skills to support physical and mental wellbeing.  The course aims to create a space where we learn to sit with ourselves in a mindful way.

Beginning the programme with learning the gentle art of relaxed breathing – a skill that supports our nervous and immune responses to everyday stresses.

Learn to understand the source of stress and anxiety, patterns and behaviours that can lead to a loss of natural energy and vitality.

Participants will be introduced to a variety of mindful practices including sitting meditation; listening in a mindful way through music, poetry or storytelling.

Following completion of the 8 week course, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion of the MBSR course.
