Blanchardstown Library – 10th October 2019

Mindfulness group

I am once again delighted to be invited by Fingal Libraries to host an evening talk for adults interested in the subject of Mindfulness.  Addressing the various issues that often arise (as with my own personal experiences) in the early days of practice. Is it worth the bother? Dealing with the what’s, if’s and but’s of the practice that give us the opportunity to discuss the benefits of this now globally recognized  practice. From a deeper understanding and clarity of mind. With a good deal less effort!

You may also enjoy the experience of taking an hour out to re-establish your sense of relaxation and equilibrium. Apparently with as much benefit from a psychological and physiological point of view as a good nights sleep! Look forward to seeing you there.

Date: 10th October 2019

Mindful Thought
  • If you are a parent, make sure you allow time at the end of the day to listen to your child & tell them ‘I love you’.
