Enjoy a quiet space where you can literally ‘take time out’ from the often on-going demands and stresses of everyday life.

These courses aim to create a “breathing space” where we learn to sit with ourselves in a mindful way.  Beginning the day with learning the gentle art of

relaxed breathing – a skill that supports our nervous and immune responses to everyday stresses.  Learn the art of meditation.

Learn to understand the source of stress and anxiety, patterns and behaviours that can lead to a loss of natural energy and vitality.
